The Hungarian National Dance Ensemble visited South Korea
In the Gangnam district of Seoul, the pub was opened
Last year, the Hungarian National Dance Ensemble invited one of South Korea's largest dance groups, the Mutdance Company, to our country, which was the first Korean company to participate in the program of the 10th International Theater Olympiad. As a continuation of this - and on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries - the Hungarian ensemble traveled to South Korea in the second half of September to give a taste of the Carpathian basin dances. At the end of their tour, they presented their folklore show on the outdoor stage in front of the Coex center in the Gangnam district, in the shadow of the skyscrapers, which included legendary csardas, Transylvanian Hungarian and gypsy dances, the glass girl dance, and one of the world's most virtuoso male dances, the légénys.
