Love, land, marriage, interests. Which one is important? The happiness of the young, or to unite the estates, according to the peasant laws of the centuries? Love? Is it possible to build a future on the happiness of the moment? Is society, "the law of the land for the land", common sense stronger than the bond between two people?
Director Attila Vidnyánszky highlights the personal thread of the story, bringing the driving force of emotions to the stage in grandiose stage compositions. The first collaboration with the National Theater resulted in a unique, cross-genre poetic theater performance combining prose, dance and music.
Zsuzsa Zs. Vincze wrote the legendary Carousel movie and Zoltán Zsuráfszky is the choreographer.
